All products and services must be paid for in full prior to the dispatch of goods ordered unless agreed in writing.

Once an order has been placed, processed it may not be cancelled without due cause.

All designs, artwork and copy shall remain the property of Lifeiscandy.com unless agreement under contract has been made to purchase use the designs under license.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
(1) The price of the Service and any variations shall be as shown on the Website from time to time.
(2) Our prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT and any details given in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
(3) You shall pay all sums due to Us under this Agreement by the means of the payment specified in Our Website and without any set-off, deduction, counterclaim and/or any other withholding of monies. Any applicable banking charges on such payments shall be borne by Us. Note that “Us” always relates to Lifeiscandy.com and Cytale Ltd.
(4) Payment shall not be deemed to be made until We have received either cash or cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding.
(5) Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, all monies paid by You to Us are non-refundable.
(6) You will not be able to contact other Members or read and reply to other Members' messages until We have received payment.
(7) The following prices are charged for using the website, charged to the user’s credit card or debit card, charged to the nearest penny, will automatically be deducted from the users credit card account on the same day when the service was used and are current.

All prices include VAT charged at 17.5% of purchase price unless otherwise stated. (VAT is Value Added Tax).

Lifeiscandy.com is an International website for International & local people and can be accessed in around 200 countries. Also, payments can be made in the major world currencies including U.S Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Yen, Australian Dollar and Canadian Dollar

This cost equates to approximately £4.50 per week  for 1 years Gold Membership and represents great value!

                                               
TERMINATION / CANCELLATION / RENEWALS
(1) This Agreement is effective until terminated by the Company, with or without cause, in the Company's sole and unfettered discretion. The Company may terminate this Agreement without notice to You if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Moreover, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of this web site or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of this web site at our sole discretion, and You may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Any such termination by the Company shall be in addition to and without prejudice to such rights and remedies as may be available to the Company, including injunction and other equitable remedies.
The disclaimers, limitations on liability, ownership, termination, interpretation, your warranty and the indemnity provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.

(2) You can remove your details at any time on the site via a feature in your   Candy Mailbox.

(3) Gold Membership Renewals. Gold Members subscribe to a period of membership as stated on the Lifeiscandy.com website. Once this subscription period ends, you will be prompted to renew their Gold Membership. You can log onto the Lifeiscandy.com website as a Candy Member using their Candy I.D and follow procedures to become a Gold Member again. Gold Membership charges will appear on the credit card statement as " Lifeiscandy.com" or "Cytale Ltd". (4) You may cancel your Membership order by giving Us written notice within 7 working days of placing Your membership order and we will refund your membership fee. However, this right of cancellation does not apply once You have started using Our Service website services to communicate with “The Candy Membership”.

SECURITY
(1) The Candy I.D allocated to you for activation of your Candy membership is personal to You and not transferable. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for any use of the Service including any activities by anyone using Your Candy I.D activation code.
6.2 You should protect against unauthorized access to Your computer. Ensure that You sign off when You finish using a shared computer.
6.3 You must notify Us immediately of any apparent breach of security such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of both the CandyName and Candy I.D.  In such cases You should immediately amend Your Candy I.D as outlined in the communications to You from Lifeiscandy.com

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Us against any and all losses, proceedings, lost profits, damages, awards, expenses, costs (including increased administration costs and legal costs on a full indemnity basis), claims, actions and any other losses and/or liabilities suffered by Us and arising from and/or relating to Your use of the Service, Information and/or other material Posted on or via the Service by You and/or arising from or due to any breach of contract, any tortious act and/or omission and/or any breach of statutory duty by You.

TRADEMARKS
Lifeiscandy.com is a registered trademark and trading name of Lifeiscandy.com

Any attempts to utilise, pass off, pertain to be, or aspire to be associated with this organisation without authority in the form of prior written permission from the Directors of Lifeiscandy.com will result in legal action being instigated.

Any other trademarks, company names, logos etc. situated on or within the site are the property of their respective owners.

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
All of the above conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

Lifeiscandy.com is registered in England and Wales and as such English Law applies.

The Lifeiscandy.com website may be accessed from outside of the UK. Laws may differ outside of the English Jurisdiction, all visitors or users of this site from all countries, agree and acknowledge that by accessing this site they do so knowing that English Laws apply, whilst doing so visitors and users must respect, and are solely responsible for, complying with the local laws of their own territory.
